Productivity

Here is where the job lies. Productivity level is essential to know whether or not allowing some staff to work remotely would favor the company. The company should set how productivity would be measured. In doing this, the company should be focused on the daily result rather than the number of hours spent on the job. The remote worker’s level of productivity should be based on results.

Equipment 

Although the remote worker provides the necessary equipment needed for his or her job, the company should also handle areas like the data needed for the job. This could be negotiated in terms of monthly or weekly subscriptions.
